A 10% deposit secures your parcel for 30 days. You may use the 30 days to visit Orchid Bay or secure financing. The contract can be cancelled at any time within the 30-day window and Orchid Bay will refund 100% of your deposit.
When the 30-day period elapses, an additional payment of 40% is due. The remaining 30% is due upon closing. In Belize, the land transfer process can take some time, and closings usually happen 90-120 days after the final payment. Select financing is available.
