DAN TAYLOR Prior to becoming fully engaged with Keyhole Bay, Dan Taylor made his home in Jacksonville, Florida, where he owned and operated a commercial construction company. His company specialized in the construction and renovation of medical, retail and commercial facilities and complexes. But his construction and business experience goes far deeper than that. Dan’s undergraduate and graduate education is in engineering and business. He earned an MBA as well as a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering. He owned and operated a successful residential construction company for over ten years before expanding into industrial construction where he served as project manager for a wide variety of companies and governments around the world. As a consulting engineer, he oversaw the design and construction of municipal facilities in the US. He oversaw the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in Somalia before their civil war. He lived in Egypt and Saudi Arabia where he was responsible for the construction of a mix of commercial and industrial facilities. When a number of the Arab countries were using their oil resources to develop new settlements of people to relieve congestion in their cities, Dan oversaw the design, zoning and planning, utility grid installation and housing construction for five settlements for between 2,000 and 7,000 people each.
Most recently, Dan has leveraged his combined business and engineering experience to build Keyhole Bay, the Bay Islands’ premier residential community. He will share his intimate, integral knowledge of investing in and developing offshore properties.
Other speakers from the following specialities include: Costa Rica Bank, a title Company, a Mortgage Company and a Construction Site Auditor.
