A 47 acre Mountain view farm is located in the Southern Zone between San Vito and Ciudad Neilly in the high mountain area of Santo Domingo.

This property has just been reduced in price from $195,000 to $150,000 for a quick sale.

It includes a three bedroom concrete house with den, kitchen, one bathroom, laundry room and dining area. There is also a small wooden caretaker´s house for absentee owners or can be spruced up to be a guest house.

It has three freshwater springs, electricity, year round road access, and is titled property. The entire farm is fenced around its borders. It is currently mostly in pasture for cattle or horses, with some wooded areas along the streams.

The climate is cool all year and the humidity is low due to the altitude of 4,000 plus feet above sea level. It is 2.5 miles from the little town of Copa Buena which has a bus terminal, grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, and more.

This farm could be a wonderful reforestation project or could be left as it is with beautiful views of the green pastures. There is also an accesable building site up at the top of the farm on the high ridge with electricity and water nearby.

From the farm you have expansive views across large valleys into Panama.
