you can do the things you want to do and to live the life you want to live?
Assuredly so, others have done it, and Frank Welzig is one of those who
escaped the coroprate world and learned to live his life they way he wanted
to live it. With a Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science
he had worked as a software engineer for IBM and also in aerospace. One
day he just stood up and said, "I'd rather be dead than to continue working
at something I don't want to do" Frank is the author of this eye opening

I've
spent the last 25 years coaching people on their career moves. In 1980
I started a technical search firm called Welzig, Lowe & Associates.
We locate, qualify, interview and present candidates to our client companies
in the High Technology industries. I have coached thousands of people on
how to best manage their career moves.
It was during this time I became
acutely aware of how much unhappiness existed out in the workplace. The
vast majority of people I came in contact with didn't love what they were
doing and would leave in a minute if they had the chance. It wasn't long
before I started to see my work as an Executive Recruiter as that of moving
people "from one fur-lined rut to another."
There were, of course, those candidates
who were exceptional. I would seek them out because they were always in
demand by my client companies. I began to ask a lot of questions; Why did
these people love their work? How did they choose their work? What else
made them so different from all the others? I found myself spending more
time doing one-on-ones with my candidates. It got to the piont where I
was counseling more and more people to look outside the corporation for
their work and satisfaction. Now, I spend most of my time helping people
plan their "escape from the corporation." I've never had so much fun. |
The
workplace is broken - make no mistake about it. The old bonds to the corporate
contract are strained to the breaking point. The good news is you now have
an ally who wants you to succeed in your efforts to break clear ... this
Course is your introduction to a support network that will help you succeed.
My reason for writing this Course
(which has actually taken me years to compile and write) is my frustration
watching people work their lives away in jobs that suck the life out of
them. I get calls everyday from people looking for new work opportunities.
People who have been downsized, fired, or are just stuck in dead-end jobs.
They are all frustrated and burned out from playing the "employment game."
This Course is an effort to reach out to as many of those people as possible.
And as you will see later in the
Course, I was one of those frustrated, burned out, and unfulfilled employees.
In 1979, while working as a software engineer in an aerospace company,
I just stood up one day and said, "I'd rather be dead than to continue
working here!" I left, started my recruiting business as a one man shop,
and I've never looked back or regretted it. |
I
hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University
of Colorado. Before starting my recruiting business, I worked as a software
engineer for IBM and two other high-tech companies.
I have written
and published three books prior to my new Course:
-
Job-Changing Secrets
of a Corporate Headhunter: What the Employment Experts Don't Want You to
Know (1999-2002).
-
The Job-Changing
System That Never Fails (2003).
-
The Colorado Connection:
A Guide to High-Technology Along Colorado's Front Range (1980-1983).

| The Course
This Course is all about you and
the work you want to do. What I call the "New Career" process starts when
you are laid-off or come to the realization that, "This just isn't working
for me anymore!" The process ends when you say, "Yes, this is the work
I want to do and the business, service or company I want to be part of."
The ebook Course is divided into
19 sessions to help guide you through a framework that works. |
| The Bottom Line
Today's workplace is filled with
unhappy and miserable workers; People who truly hate their work and who
are constantly seeking a "quick fix" by moving to another company or relocating
to another part of the country. How do I know this? I know because I spent
the past 23 years as a working President of an Executive Search firm. Don't
let yourself be one of those people any longer. Order
the ebook now and let me help make your life into the one you want
to live. |
